Your data stays yours

Signed per-site keys, no stored WordPress passwords, every action audit-logged.

Prices are per connected site, billed monthly. Manage your plan, payment method, and invoices from your workspace billing settings at any time.

Why per-site

Cheap enough to run a tool. Powerful enough to replace the work.

Most WordPress tools price like a utility. FleetWP does too for the management layer, then Autopilot goes after the expensive part: the maintenance hours themselves.

A rate that drops as you grow

Every plan includes a set number of sites, then the per-site rate steps down as your fleet grows — from $2.50 toward $1.50 on Basic, and further on Pro and Agency.

Maintenance below labor cost

Autopilot puts the recurring busywork (backing up, testing updates, chasing errors, writing reports) on an AI agent, metered by the run, for a fraction of the hours it would otherwise bill.

One predictable bill

Per-site and transparent. Sites are billed only while connected, so the number tracks your fleet as clients come and go.

Autopilot

Metered by the run, not the seat.

Autopilot is included on Pro and Agency. It watches every site and proposes what it would do for free — you only spend a credit when it applies a maintenance run for you, unattended.

Watching and proposing is free

Autopilot monitors every site and proposes exactly what it would do — backups, updates, rollbacks — at no cost. You only spend a credit when it acts unattended.

One credit = one applied run

When Autopilot runs a cycle for you — back up, update, verify, roll back on any regression — that's one credit. Manual updates, backups, and reports are always free.

Starter included, top up anytime

Pro includes 5 credits a month, Agency 25. Need more? Buy a pack of 100 credits for $60, whenever you want. Unused starter credits don't roll over; purchased credits don't expire.

Questions

Frequently asked

What counts as a connected site?

Any WordPress site with the free FleetWP connector installed and linked to your workspace. You're billed per connected site, and billing follows automatically as you add or remove them, with no long-term commitment per site.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Yes — starting your 14-day free trial puts a card on file, but you're not charged until the trial converts. Cancel anytime before it ends and you pay nothing. Requiring a card up front keeps trials genuine and means no interruption when you decide to keep going.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your workspace billing settings whenever you like. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and you keep access until then.

How do sites connect, and is it secure?

You install the free connector plugin and paste your workspace key. Each site links over a signed, per-site API key, so FleetWP never stores or shares your WordPress passwords. One-click login is issued as a single-use, short-lived token, and every action is written to an activity log.

What's the difference between the plans?

Basic is the full management layer — backups, security, uptime, updates, reports, and alerts — driven by you, your team, or your own scripts and agents, with no AI. Pro adds the AI layer: the Copilot assistant across your fleet and the Autopilot maintenance agent, which you arm per site. Agency adds white-label branding of the connector and client reports, a larger monthly credit allotment, and the headroom for hundreds of sites.

How does Autopilot billing work?

Autopilot is included on Pro and Agency and metered by prepaid credits. Watching your sites and proposing what it would do is always free. You spend one credit only when it applies a maintenance run for you, unattended — back up, update, verify, and roll back on any regression. Pro includes 5 credits a month and Agency 25; you can buy a pack of 100 more for $60 anytime. Manual updates, backups, and reports never cost a credit.

Will the AI touch my sites without me?

Only if you turn Autopilot on and arm it for a specific site. AI actions are opt-in and paid-only, and arming live execution requires two-factor authentication. Every agent action runs under the same roles and permissions as your team and is logged like any other. Sensitive changes are approval-gated: the agent proposes, and FleetWP enforces what it's actually allowed to do.

Can I manage everything without the dashboard?

Yes. Every action is available over a scriptable CLI and an MCP server, included on every plan, so your team or your agents can run backups, updates, and reports from CI/CD or a terminal.

Do you have plans for large fleets?

Per-site pricing is built to scale, so you can connect hundreds of sites and the bill tracks your fleet automatically. Managing at that scale and want to talk it through? Start free and reach out from inside your workspace.
