Terms of Service
Last updated June 30, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of FleetWP. By creating an account or connecting a site, you agree to them.
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” the “customer”) and FleetWP (“FleetWP,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the FleetWP application, websites, APIs, command-line tools, and the WordPress connector plugin (together, the “Service”). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
FleetWP is a multi-tenant platform for monitoring and managing WordPress sites — including backups, security audits, uptime and performance monitoring, plugin and theme updates, broken-link scans, one-click login, reporting, and related automation. Features are delivered both through the FleetWP dashboard and through a connector plugin that you install on the WordPress sites you choose to manage.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some features are available only on paid plans, and certain capabilities may be labeled beta, preview, or “coming soon” and offered without warranty.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API tokens and for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Workspaces may have multiple members with different roles (owner, admin, member). The workspace owner is responsible for managing members and for the actions members take within the workspace.
4. Connecting your sites
By connecting a site, you represent that you own it or are authorized to manage it. The connector performs privileged actions on your behalf — including running updates, creating and restoring backups, and reading site data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant this access and for the consequences of actions you initiate or schedule.
We strongly recommend verifying backups and testing restores. FleetWP is a management tool, not a substitute for your own backup and disaster-recovery practices.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to access or manage any site you are not authorized to control.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other customers’ data, or our infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted, or remove proprietary notices.
- Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
- Probe, scan, or load-test the Service except with our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or threatens the security or integrity of the Service.
6. Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed per connected site on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.
Adding or removing sites adjusts your billing automatically. Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. You can change or cancel your plan from your workspace billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.
7. Your data and content
You retain all rights to the data and content from your sites that the Service processes (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties you choose to connect — such as content-delivery and edge providers, email delivery, and chat or webhook destinations. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by FleetWP and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any backup, update, or restore will succeed without data loss.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetWP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FleetWP harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period, so export anything you wish to keep beforehand.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice — for example, by email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
